Chanukkah, is the Jewish holiday known as the festival of lights. The word Chanukkah means rededication.
The candelabra lit each night of Chanukah is called a menorah & holds nine candles. The ninth candle, the shamash or helper candle, is lit first and used to light the others.
The shamash reminds us that we have the power (and obligation) to ignite the light in others.
So how can you shed light unto others? How can Practicing GRATITUDE help you shine light on others?
Practicing GRATITUDE invites the sunshine into our lives. And we made it easy for you. First, grab one of our GRATITUDE bags which are portable GRATITUDE journals. Then set your alarm to go off every few hours. When it does, stop what you're doing, take a deep breath, and look for your GRATITUDE W.I.N.S. By recognizing your GRATITUDE W.I.N.S., both large and small, you can shift your paradigm and transform how you view your life, and enhance your well-being through consistent GRATITUDE journaling.
Happy New Year! When you read this did you question my sanity for a brief second? Or did you do the happy dance only to remember, "Wait... it's only September?"If 2020
